By using CDL Coach you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Educational purpose only
CDL Coach is an educational study aid. It is not affiliated with the FMCSA, AAMVA, any state DMV, or any licensing authority. Content is adapted from CDL driver manual materials and may be incomplete, outdated, or simplified. Always verify requirements and wording with your state’s current official handbook and examiners before testing.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that you will pass any knowledge test, skills test, or medical qualification. Pass predictions and study plans are estimates based on in-app activity only.
License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own CDL study. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app’s content for competing commercial products without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Study materials must not be treated as official test questions from any jurisdiction.
Purchases and subscriptions
Optional paid features may be offered through the App Store or Google Play. Purchases are billed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDL Coach and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exam-related damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
